Okay, Vex 3 is seriously addictive! I picked it up thinking it would be a quick little game, but nope, hours later I'm still trying to beat that one act. The traps are so clever and just when you think you've mastered a jump, it throws something new at you. It's frustrating in the best way possible. You die a lot, but it never feels unfair, just like you need to get better. Definitely a game for anyone who loves a good challenge and doesn't mind a bit of a grind to perfect their moves. Highly recommend if you want to test your reflexes!
The controls in Vex 3 are spot on, which is super important for a platformer like this. My stickman goes exactly where I want him to, and that makes all the difference when you're trying to nail those pixel-perfect jumps. The level design is really smart too, constantly introducing new mechanics without overwhelming you. My only tiny gripe is that sometimes the checkpoints feel a little far apart on some of the longer sections, but honestly, that's part of the challenge. Great fun, keeps you on your toes!
Vex 3 is a decent time-waster, but don't expect anything groundbreaking visually. It's a stickman game, so it's super simple, which is fine, but after a while, all the levels start to blend together a bit. I wish there was more visual flair or different environments to keep things interesting. The gameplay is solid, though! The jumping and wall-climbing mechanics are tight, and it's definitely challenging. If you're purely into gameplay and don't care about graphics, you'll probably rate it higher. For me, a little more polish would go a long way.
